The hut is adorable, clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Katy gave us some great tips on where to park to get to one of the waterfalls, and some lovely pubs nearby for a roast after! We ran out of electricity on the second night but it was fixed within 15 minutes whilst we sat around the campfire, but I guess what’s what we get for picking a grey November weekend! Overall, I would highly recommend for a weekend away :)

We had the most perfect stay in the very secluded, peaceful cabin. If you’re looking for a place tucked away in the middle of the forest, it’s here! Especially if you have a dog they too will love it ! Katy and James are the loveliest hosts which made the stay even more welcoming and relaxing knowing how approachable they are. What a magical place. We stayed with our very nervous pooch, we were welcomed on arrival and made to feel right at home. The cabin was beautiful and so peaceful, really felt like we were the only ones there. At night, sitting outside with the firepit ablaze was so amazing and I’ve never seen the stars shine so brightly. A beautiful little slice of heaven, the dog had an amazing time too, we walked in the nearby forest, which Katy kindly recommended. Absolutely stunning, thank you so much!

Wonderful little cabin, very friendly hosts who were super responsive and sent instructions on how to find the location before. Perfect setting and everything was super clean. Very peaceful and private. Feels as if the hosts have thought of everything to make the stay the best as possible. We will 100% be visiting again!

Would highly recommend this stay - beautiful little pod, well equipped and the hosts were so helpful and friendly! Be prepared to bring a few games/download something to watch ahead of time as the phone signal isnt always 100%. No restaurants/pubs within walking distance that we could find, but lots within a very short car ride. Plenty to explore in the area, with the Four Waterfall Walk not far at all.

The cabin is beautiful, very clean, warm and cozy. Katy is a responsive host and sent us all the instructions in advance to access the cabin. In the cabin there is everything you need to spend an amazing time. The forest is stunning and there is a small lake where you can admire butterflies and dragonflies. Me and my partner had the best time!

What a find! Peaceful, secluded and great value for money. I can genuinely say that the hosts were lovely. James and Katy were helpful, very friendly and just nice people! Everything is very ecofriendly, they even supply all the natural handsoaps, shampoos etc. If you want a break from the hustle and bustle of normal life I can highly recommend this beautiful woodland retreat. Myself and my son are already making plans to return next year.
